We have a two-process system. Once you decide to buy:

We can build a home anywhere from 1300 sq. ft. and up in a controlled environment and have it completed within 90 to 120 days.
Process Two:
You can buy a lot and have your builder build on-site. We will provide an appropriate approved lot, along with title and deed.
Once you decide to choose process one, we have preferred banks — Maine Community Bank will approve your loan to qualified buyers for as low as 5% down payment.
Once approved for a loan, we can complete the home in 90 to 120 days.
